“Relaxing weekend – we used this hotel as a base to attend classes at North House Folk School and explore the natural wonders of the area. The hotel has pet-friendly rooms and we really appreciated that. All other dog owners are responsible and the hotel does not have pet odors. The location on Lake Superior is amazing.

“I booked another hotel room but couldn’t stay so I had to find a hotel in Grand Marais and everything was full or no pets allowed. Someone gave me this number after calling. I’ll take it then. Almost everything so I booked a night when I reached the hotel I was surprised how nice and clean the place looked. I got a room on the first floor with a beautiful view of the lake. The sound of waves crashing on the beach can be heard. The continental breakfast was delicious, better than expected. Overall a great experience.
