First place went to Durdle Door Beach in Dorset with a score of 8.85 out of 10. Described as “the perfect beach walk for dogs and their owners, the famous limestone cliffs are a dog lover’s dream adventure”. Results based on over 4,298 West Coast reviews.
Another beach resort in Dorset, Man O’War Beach, came second after scoring 8.3. Also known as East Durdle Gate, this is a clear water beach protected from the waves, meaning you can splash around with your rucksack.
