Please note this is not an exact replica of our Tattershall Lakes property, our deck is large and runs the length of the property, the hot tub is sunken into the deck making it easy to access. The sofa in the living room is a bed. A private area of Tattershall Lakes is attached to this property.

Dorset Fishing Lodges & Cottages
The fishing lake is one of the most sought after spots in Tattershall Lakes Park. Only a 10 minute walk to bars, restaurants, pools and amenities. The property is located on a private fishing lake and has its own hot tub overlooking the lake.

A bright, well-equipped kitchen with a 5-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer combination, washing machine and even a dishwasher (let’s face it, no one wants to do laundry on holiday!).
The double bedroom has two full size beds, a comfortable fit out next to the family bathroom which is complete with shower, basin and WC.
Tattershall Lakes & Country Park
The double bed in the living room is a space-saving yet comfortable space, accommodating up to 6 with one child in a travel cot (a travel cot is provided).
All bedding (except travel cots) is provided and will be made up for your arrival.
There is a continuous fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector for your safety and peace of mind.
Outside there is a patio table set, rattan furniture and a 5-person round bath, our spa specialist takes care of the hot water daily. The hot tub is drained, cleaned, refilled and conditioned with spa chemicals after each session.
Little Walk Cottage
We are pet friendly and allow two small/medium sized dogs to stay with our guests (as long as they are well behaved). Please leave pets in the lodge at all times, pets are not allowed on furniture or bedrooms. There is a £5 per night supplement for pets staying with our guests, this covers the cost of having the carpets professionally cleaned after your stay. (Larger breeds are considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us prior to booking to discuss suitability for your pet)
Our small accommodation will be cleaned to a high standard for your arrival, we ask guests to leave it in this condition on departure. We provide guests with cleaning products and items to enable them to keep the small accommodation clean and safe for everyone during your stay. We ask that guests respect our vacation home and the properties we have left for your use during your stay.

To make your pet feel welcome in our pet friendly holiday accommodation, we have plenty of furniture, dog bowls, bowls and towels to dry your pet off when you return from the day. We understand that dogs like to jump on furniture and beds, but please help us protect our beds and furniture by bringing any extra clothes and blankets with you. We have an excellent house deposit guarantee of £50 cash on arrival which will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
You can enjoy your private garden with chairs and tables to relax and there is more parking in the 1 car parking lot.
In addition, professional anglers with rod licenses can use our lake for fishing, which has an abundance of fish. This is complimentary for 1 stick per person who have already booked a stay at Darby Lodge, not guests.
Fisherman’s accommodation is shared with guests using our campsites, caravans, caravans and caravans and without registration pegs. Please do not put your gear away and leave the park as this may ruin fishing opportunities for others and gear will not be set up overnight.

When you are done fishing, or if you are not fishing, you can relax in our summer house, which is close to the lake.
Outside the park and away from Darby Lodge, we have our own village of Burton on Steather which is a short drive (8-10 minutes) away with catering, food delivery and shops to visit such as a traditional patisserie. There are many places to visit such as Elkborough Flats, a nature reserve for excellent bird watching and photography, market towns such as Brig Louth. Museums, country houses such as Normanby Hall Country Park, Juliani are located in an ancient meadow believed to have originated in the 17th century.
