Check out Harris Properties Management in Gulf Shores, Alabama. They have beach houses for rent. I mean, it’s about 50 feet from the freezer to the beach, so you don’t even need to chill! A few members of the #VGBsquad had the opportunity to stay at Harris’ property in West Beach, Gulf States last weekend and we love our beach house!

And we are proud of your condition. The view is truly amazing. Every morning I go out to watch the sunrise and every night watch the sunset on the cozy balcony listening to the ocean waves. There couldn’t be a more comfortable setting for a relaxing and carefree time away.
The best part for me was that we weren’t surrounded by condos and hotels, so it felt like we were on a private beach. Restaurants, tourist food and grocery stores are nearby and easily accessible. It’s a home away from home… or should I say home away from home? Who doesn’t want their own beach house?!
Somewhere around 1 o’clock is perfect for us! There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and an extra room with bunk beds so we can sleep 12! Everything is decorated and makes us feel at the beach! The bedrooms are a good size and each has a bathroom with large wardrobes. I love the open floor plan and high ceilings in the living room and dining area in the kitchen. The kitchen was perfect and we had everything we needed to cook. I also liked that there was a laundry room so I could wash all the sandy and salty clothes before going home. As a bonus, there is free Wi-Fi, cable TV and air conditioning.
Checking in and out is the easiest. The lockbox is outside and you enter your code to access the keys. There is no front office, no office you have to go home to first and then. It’s very simple. But remember, unlike a hotel, in any home rental, there is no housekeeping and you will need to provide your own towels, toilet paper, etc. on the first day. I love the home side of a rental property rather than a hotel. Especially if you’re staying longer than a day or two. You save a lot of money by cooking your own meals and you don’t have to eat out every day. Still, you want to be here.

The management staff were very welcoming and friendly. Remember that they have many features, so you can find the perfect one for you! We hope to stay at one of their properties again in the near future.
