Best Pet Friendly Resorts In Goa – With Goa transitioning from just a weekend destination to a relaxing getaway (thanks to the pandemic), it’s becoming common for travelers to bring their pets on holiday. There is also a growing trend among Goans living in the state to bring their pets along for meals, holidays or a day at the beach. I, for one, am happy! I mean, who wouldn’t be happy to see these wonderful four-legged people at a pet-friendly restaurant or hotel, even if they belong to someone else? Instant mood lifter, amirite?
There are very few pet-friendly cafes and restaurants in Goa, but I personally visited with my dog Belly. Here is a quick list of pet friendly cafes/restaurants in Goa:
Best Pet Friendly Resorts In Goa
Benno is a quiet and peaceful garden restaurant in a quiet corner of Benolem. It is open and spacious, and its aesthetic vibes match seamlessly with the beautifully plated, delicious food. The cafe offers a delicious spread of mouth-watering breakfast options. What’s more, it’s great to spend the working day with your pet. They are pet friendly and allow free use of Wi-Fi for dining. I recommend ordering the burgers and the poeviches – and the desserts – here! Benno’s has cabana style seating and floor seating, both of which are great for dining with pets, preferring to cater to pets rather than restaurant style seating. So call before you go and ask if you can sit in the cabana/outdoor area. In addition, if you request, Beno will provide pet food and water for an additional fee, so you can order your pet a chicken (or vegetable) meal with plain white rice and a bowl of water which is best if you want to take it with you.
Hotels Near Cavelossim Beach
Parana Cafe in Anjuna is another outdoor alfresco joint loved by people and their pets. The cafe has a very chic, contemporary and relaxed atmosphere with wooden furniture and art displays. The place is also full of nature and the view of the green fields that it belongs to the sky. Pran Cafe is good for its clean food and smoothies/juices that work well for a post-wedding detox. The airy space is pet friendly and they provide water bowls for dogs.
Next to Parana Cafe in Anjuna, Baba O’Rum, one of Goa’s most popular restaurants, is also pet-friendly. Known for thin crust pizzas, quality breads, croissants, baked goods and all-day breakfast, this restaurant is perfect for your pets or not. Baba Ao Rum is almost always full, and given the crowds, I don’t feel comfortable bringing my dog here for fear of people getting in the way or being stressed by the activities. But if you have easy poppers, go ahead and take them here.
If you’re looking for modern Santorini vibes, Toro Toro is the place to be. The large alfresco is a breath of fresh air with its bright white and blue theme and wooden furniture. Your pet will love hanging out in the restaurant where he can also eat the full array of items available. However, this place hosts musical events in the evenings so it couldn’t be better to be there for your beloved kids during that time. While I’m eating at Toro Toro, Bailey has yet to bring me, and I hope I will soon.
Cafe is a cozy and pleasant restaurant on the Asgaon-Anjuna road. It sits in a quiet space and serves a variety of authentic Lebanese dishes. This can be a great place to bring your pet, especially if they like to walk. The road is mostly free of traffic and makes for a very quiet walk. Don’t forget to try their desserts and Levantine plates for an authentic Lebanese dining experience. Their wonderful Arabic pilaf is still the talk of the town in my family, even though we tasted it four months ago.

Rudy’s in Vagator is a beautiful large garden restaurant with lots of space to move around inside and outside. Choose a table under the shade of one of their big trees and enjoy the silence and the wonderful music. Nights are more relaxed with warm lights and a cozy atmosphere. It is very comfortable and so spacious that even your pets will not disturb the other diners there. what else The staff are extremely warm and go out of their way to make your experience memorable. I would definitely recommend the spinach chaat, baked mutton tacos, periper flower steak and lamb lasagna.
If it’s not in the middle of a summer evening, Sai Grani in Nerul is a good beachside restaurant. Last time I checked, they were pet friendly and even had their own little brown dog. This restaurant in Nerul strikes a beautiful balance between classy dining and casual dining.
Food? Where to start? How does Wolfsbane sound about grilled fig and cottage cheese? Maybe a hearty mezze plate or Memphis-style smoked pork ribs with mustard BBQ sauce – the two best dishes I’ve tried. To be honest it was difficult to choose items with dishes such as lamb ragout pappardelle, truffled chicken liver pâté and pumpkin borani. Parmesan and goat’s milk ricotta dumplings, gnocchi with peas, asparagus and white cream are excellent, but if you prefer to stick to Indian cuisine, try the pandi-fried kulcha, which comes with delicious raw mango chocolate Try it – a real masterpiece the art in both taste and texture. The classic lemon meringue cake was interesting and I recommend skipping the biscuit cheesecake as there are better options to choose from. PS I have been twice so far and the second experience was not as good as the first in terms of service.

World Bank is a great place to catch up right next to me. Kahwi is located at Casa Tipperary in Grand Morrod and has a small menu that includes poi sandwiches, salads, all-day breakfast and some small and large plates. If you like your coffee strong, you’ll be hard pressed to find a place that does. I would recommend the roast pork poo sandwich and the chicken and avocado salad. Its location, on a relatively quiet street, next to a farm, makes it an easy place to bring your dog.

I found Three Kisses in Benolam by accident. I was in the area around 3pm and still hadn’t had lunch. After 2-3 restaurants closed, I entered and met 5-6 sleeping dogs around the restaurant, as well as a very warm host named Tino. Since the restaurant was empty, Tino had time to speak and revealed that there were 8 dogs in the restaurant. He also told us that he has fostered, fostered and adopted 35+ dogs during covid. Today, he feeds more than 3 dozen of them at Benolem Beach. I think anyone involved in animal welfare should be supported, so they can grow and do more to help the voiceless.
Even if he did not show his good deed, I would like the restaurant just as well. He had personality! There are funny quotes hanging on boards everywhere, lots of greenery, thoughtful messages about being thankful for what you have, great Goan food and homemade fanny! Although Tino was given the restaurant by his father, he does his best to maintain the quality of the food. Continental food for tourists is also on their menu. I will definitely be back to try it! Tino loves his pets so much that he misses people who have problems staying in his restaurant. Only bring your pet if it is okay with the other dog pack.
