One of my favorite parts of the trip was one night when we got back late from a sunset in Lake George.
We were hungry and didn’t want to wait in a restaurant in our hiking gear, and we didn’t want to search restaurants for good food. We returned to Hattopia and stopped at a cafe at 8.30pm.
A few minutes later we had two hot and fresh wood fired pizzas and the best red wine I’ve had in a long time. 😱 We sat in the common room of the restaurant, played games and ate until they closed and walked a minute to our hut.

I was surprised to learn that Hatopia started in Europe in 1999 and has locations in France, Netherlands, Spain, China and Canada.
There are only 5 Huttopia locations in the United States and we are lucky to have two here in the Northeast! California has two, New Hampshire, Maine, and the one I’m writing about in New York.

At night, enjoy a wood-fired pizza, which you can take away or enjoy in the outdoor dining area, which has indoor and outdoor seating.
